Working with Marina Del Rey Florist was a joy. I live in Arizona and ordered a birthday arrangement for my daughter who lives in Los Angeles. I am always hesitant to order flowers from afar because I never know if the quality of the flowers and the service will meet my expectations. There was a problem with the balloon order that I added on to the flower arrangement due to a short supply of helium. They contacted me immediately to let me know that they could not fulfill that request, and offered to send a box of chocolates or refund the balloon purchase. I asked if they could just add more flowers to the arrangement and they said it would be no problem. My daughter loved them and they turned out beautiful and delivered quickly. I am so happy that I now have a designated florist to use for all of my orders in Los Angeles! Thank you again for such wonderful service and quality of flowers.
