24 August 2025I needed to get flowers to a neighbor the next day and it was getting close to 5 pm and I had all of the info to do the online form except for one thing so I called. Sara answered and couldn't have been more helpful or more gracious. I told her what I needed and why (a sympathy bouquet) and she told me she would take care of it and she did. It arrived on time, more than met my instructions. And, she texted me to let me know it was done so I didn't worry about it. My friend was delighted and so was I. Sara has made a customer for life.
