On top of everything, I received an email and phone confirmation that the flowers were delivered. Even notified me if it was hand delivered or left at the front door.

I have sent flowers to my friend from MDR florist 5 times over the past year. She always comments on how beautiful and long lasting the arrangements are, how much she likes them. This last time, there was some confusion regarding the delivery. The flowers were dropped off at the wrong building. When I decided to call and confirm, I let them know something didn't seem right. They checked into it, stayed in contact with me and kept me up to date on getting a replacement bouquet to my friend. They went out of the way to deliver an even nicer version and also delivered some chocolates at no charge for the inconvenience. I very highly recommend MDR florist and will be using them for all my future floral purchases. Thanks!!!!

I would have preferred the flowers come with the vase in the picture, as that's part of what sold me on this arrangement, but it was still beautiful and came on time even though I had ordered it online the previous evening.

The recipient loved her beautiful and aromatic arrangement. Photo on website shows lisianthus, which I love and was the reason I chose it, but the actual bouquet used dark pink roses. No matter, my friend loved it and didn’t know the difference
